DESIGUAL VINTAGE GLOBAL BRAND EVENT

Desigual brought together international press, content creators and high-profile personalities including Irina Shayk, Demi Lovato, Zara Larsson, Vivian Jenna Wilson and Nicki Nicole for a major global brand event. As Lead Producer, I coordinated the different sub-agencies involved throughout the event, overseeing the complex logistics and ensuring smooth communication between all teams. I was also responsible for coordinating talent looks and individual agendas, working closely with representatives to make sure every detail was aligned and that the experience ran seamlessly from arrival to departure. The scale of the event, combined with the number of international profiles and security requirements involved, made coordination and attention to detail particularly critical.
