KIABI CHRISTMAS DINNER

For the Christmas season, Kiabi brought together its Friends of the House and key collaborators from throughout the year for an intimate dinner in Madrid. I developed the event as a seated dinner for 20 guests at Casa Neutrale, using its music space as the setting to connect with the joyful and spontaneous personality of the brand.

Following dinner, the experience continued with a DJ set combining Afro sounds with traditional Spanish influences, reinforcing Kiabi’s relationship with music while giving the evening a more relaxed and celebratory rhythm.

I managed the full production of the event, including the save-the-date and menu designs, DJ scouting, guest schedules and coordination, as well as the complete setup, breakdown and on-site supervision.
